I guess my question was specifically wanting to know if I need to change my code somewhat.

For example, I have a field called CurrentReviewer, and it stores an abbreviated username.

When, for example a submit button is clicked, it runs a script function that compiles the usual mail routine, you may know the one, and at the end do a doc.send.

The question is, do I need to change code so that instead of reading and abbreviated username to pass on to the sendTo, I need to obtain that username fully qualified email address, such as john.doe@organisation.com.

OR is there a setting that and Administrator can change in the server configuration so that the code doesn't need to be altered.
